Lower neck assembly for 2009-2011 ScooterX X-Racer

This scooter neck is made for the 2009-2011 ScooterX 49cc X-Racer. Lower stem / neck assembly. May fit other gas scooters on the market. Replacement for gas stand up scooters with folding handle bars. There are multiple sizes manufactured during these years, so be sure to supply the measurements of your existing part.
